The proceeding is filed to challenge the order made by learned Sessions Judge, Beed. Learned Sessions Judge has set aside the order made by learned C.J.M. Learned C.J.M. had made order of removal of seal of Ultra Sonography Machine in favour of the present petitioner. It appears that after takingl the action and filing of the criminal case the registration of certificate in favour of the present applicant expired and he did not apply for renewal of the same. As he is not having registration certificate, there is no question of removal of seal which

-:(2):- will indirectly allow him to use the machine. It is advisable for the applicant to apply to the authority for getting certificate, its renewal and the authority can consider the entitlement of the present petitioner. It is not possible to set aside the order made by learned Additional Sessions Judge. With aforesaid liberty the proceeding is disposed of.
