Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned counsel for the respondent No.3 and also the learned A.G.P. 2.

This is an application for correction of Writ Petition number and amount of maintenance in the order passed dated 20.10.2023. It seems to be a typographical mistake. Hence, the application deserves to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

2-C.A. No.1023-2024.odt (ii) Whereever Writ Petition No. 9589 of 2019 has been typed in the order dated 20th October 2023 it be corrected as Writ Petition No 11670 of 2022.

(iii) The amount of Rs. 1800/- granted in paragraph No.8 of the said order be corrected as Rs. 1500/- ( Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) per month. Corrected order be uploaded.
