At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend prayer clause (B) to correct the typographical error. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week.

By this petition, the petitioner has sought to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Aurangabad to conclude the trial in R.C.C. No.3308/2016 on or before 3rd March 2023.

Learned A.P.P., under instructions, states that the trial has commenced and only two witnesses remain to be examined. He states that, all the prosecution witnesses will be examined within a period of one month. The statement is accepted.

In the light of the above statement, learned Magistrate to endeavour to conclude the trial and dispose of R.C.C. No.3308/2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. The petition stands disposed of in above terms. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) (SMT.
