Heard Adv. Mr. A.V. Patil Indrale appearing for the petitioner, and learned APP Mrs. M.B. Gangwal (Patni) for the respondents. 2.
The petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no.2 i.e. District Superintendent of Police, Parbhani, to take appropriate decision on the pending representations of the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a stipulated period.

Accordingly, we direct respondent no.2 - District Superintendent of Police, Parbhani, to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, on the representations dated 3-11-2014 and 14-11-2014 made by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date receipt of this order by him.
