By the present application, the following relief is sought by the applicant :

By issuance of appropriate order thereby appointing the arbitrator so as to resolve the dispute between the applicant and respondent corporation with further directions that the fees towards the arbitration proceeding shall be incurred by respondent corporation solely."

The learned Counsel for the respondent state that the applicant had moved similar application before the learned Arbitrator, who has rejected the said application. Further, she

In the wake of the above, the present application cannot be entertained and is rejected.
