Mr.Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner states that application has been given to Respondent No.4 Grampanchayat on 10.9.2015 for recording the name of the petitioner as a legal

2 W.P.No.2906/16 heir of deceased Manohar Vaidya, however, no decision is taken on the said application.

Mr.Lakhotiya, learned counsel appears for Respondent No.4 Grampanchayat and states that objections have been received in that regard from Respondent No.5.

The petitioner has made a limited prayer to the extent that his application dated 10.9.2015 is not yet decided by Respondent No.4. The Respondent No.4 shall take decision upon the said application on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months, if not already decided.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
