Heard the learned counsel Ms.Mahajan for the petitioner. She has invited my attention to the order passed by this Court on 13/04/2007 when the stay granted in favour of the petitioner came to be vacated.

It is apparent that since the writ petition revolves around the mutation entries in view of the vacation of the interim relief, the necessary changes must have been effected. Necessarily, due to passage of time, the writ petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
