1] The applicant has moved this application seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the report submitted by the office dated 6th February, 2020.

3] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that Appeal has already been disposed of. It is submitted that the applicant has attained the age of majority.

4] Pursuant to the order dated 5th February, 2020, the registry has submitted

1353.20CA.odt report in respect of the amount available together with interest for disbursement. The amount of Rs.6,82,000/- is available for disbursement together with interest charged upto 6th February, 2020.

5] In view of disposal of appeal, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The amount lying deposited and invested in fixed deposit be paid to the applicant together with interest by transferring the same in her saving account as per the particulars to be furnished by the applicant.

6] Civil Application is disposed of in above terms.
