Civil Application No. 113 of 2025 is filed for bringing LR's of deceased-Respondent on record.

Perusal of the Application indicates that the delay in causing filing of Application to bring LR's of deceased-Respondent on record is not deliberate.

Though learned Counsel for the proposed Respondent opposed the Application, this Court finds no malafide on the part of the 910 WP 4613.2018.odt

Applicant in moving the Application belatedly. 5.

As a result of above discussion, Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' to 'D'.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks. 7.
