CA 2561/14 & others in SA 243/95 - 2 - 2] Civil Application No.5324/2009 is already dismissed as against respondent no.1-e. So far as remaining respondents are concerned, Civil Application No.5324/2009 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) except as against respondent no.1-e.

3] This Court has already granted interim relief by order dated 4.7.1995. In view thereof, Civil Application No.3383/1995 stands disposed of.
