The petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of his proposal dated 23.07.2021 forwarded by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, to respondent No.3/Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad, for including the name of the petitioner in the Shalarth Pranali (ID). 2.

We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP. It is undisputed that because the petitioner's name is not included in the Shalarth Pranali, he is without salary for more than 18 months.

In view of the above, we direct respondent No.3 to decide the claim/ proposal of the petitioner on it's own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 28.02.2023. We would restrain respondent No.3 from seeking extension of time.
