The petitioners have directly approached this Court seeking a direction to the Zilla Parishad to allow them to tender online applications for transfers, when the last date for submission of online applications was 18.02.2023. The contention of the petitioners is that this petition was filed on 17.01.2023.

We find that this petition was circulated on 02.02.2023. We had granted circulation for 20.02.2023. No where in the pleadings, have the petitioners mentioned that the

*2* 41wp1956o23 cut off date is 18.02.2023. It appears that they were not even aware of the said cut off date. It is undisputed that without making online applications, they have approached this Court. 3.

The issue is as to whether, the High Court should issue a Writ of Mandamus in order to compel the Zilla Parishad to permit these petitioners to tender their online applications beyond the cut off date and thereby, keep the transfer procedure lingering. We do not find it appropriate to issue such directions beyond the cut off date.

As such, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
