By this application, applicant-wife seeks transfer of PetitionA No.B-536/2024 pending before Family Court, Aurangabad to C.J.S.D., Mangulurpir, Dist. Washim.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondent-husband, on instructions submits that respondent has no objection for transfer of proceeding to C.J.S.D., Mangulurpir, Dist. Washim. Since parties are ad idem on transferring the proceeding to C.J.S.D., Mangulurpir, Dist. Washim, there is no impediment in allowing application and it is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).
