Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application and other relevant documents produced on record. 2.

In view of nature of the subject matter, there shall be stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and award passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal in LAR No.570 of 2014, dated 08.07.2019, subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit entire decreetal amount with interest accrued thereon, within a period of six weeks from the date of this order. In case of failure, present order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court and liberty would be granted to the original claimants to execute the award for recovery of compensation amount before the Executing Court. 3.

Accordingly, application stands disposed of.
