The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses 'B' as under:- "[B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no. 3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioner annexed at EXH-C in the light of circular dtd 28.06.2018 issued by respondent no.1, for changing the postings of the petitioner by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies."

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits, on instructions, that the representations put forth by the petitioner would be decided by the respondents within four weeks.
