Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for redressal of grievance raised in this petition, the petitioner has already approached to respondent No.2 by way of filing application/ representation. He submits that yet final decision is not taken by respondent No.2. We direct respondent No.2 to take decision on the application/representation of the petitioner, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. We make it clear that we have not expressed our any opinion on the contentions raised in the application/representation or in the present petition. This is for the respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision on its own merit.
