Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners and respondents are closely related. They are sisters inter-se and they would fle joint pursis before the Tahsildar for allotment of share and preparation of the partition takta. Leave granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioners are at liberty to fle joint pursis, if so desired and it is for the Tahsildar to consider it in terms of the provisions of Section 8(AA) of the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947.
