Present application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 20.9.2021 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration for want of removal of the office objections.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Gandhi waives notice for respondent no.3. 4.

At this stage, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondent no.4 as in the main writ petition, no relief was

The present applicant was desirous of filing the review petition to review the order passed in Writ Petition No.4951 of 2013, by which it came to be decided by this Court on 21.3.2018. It is to be noted that though review application was filed within time, there were office objections and they were not removed. The learned Registrar (Judicial) had granted time to remove office objections, however, those were not removed and, therefore, a conditional order came to be passed on 20.9.2021 by giving two weeks time to remove office objections. It appears that even during that period also office objections were not removed and, therefore, registration was refused. Now, the learned advocate for the applicant makes a statement that he will remove office objections on or before 20.6.2024.

In view of the said statement, the impugned order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 20.9.2021 to the extent of review petition stamp no.18824 of 2018 is hereby set aside. Office objections be removed on or before 20.6.2024. If the office objections are removed as aforesaid, the review petition be verified and registered.

To be tagged alongwith the writ petition no.14573 of 2019.

Both the matters be placed for further hearing on 24.6.2024.
