1] Petitioner's grievance is that the names of 30 persons, including the petitioner, are not included in the final voters list.

2] Learned counsel for the intervenor submits that the name of the petitioner has been included in the final voters list and, therefore, he has no locus standi to file the present petition on behalf of other persons who

3] We find some substance in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the intervenor since the present petition has not been filed as Public Interest Litigation. The petitioner has no locus standi to seek inclusion of names of other persons alongwith him. 4] Reserving the right of other persons to take recourse to the appropriate remedy, which is available to them in law, the petition is disposed of. In view of above, Civil Application No.1496/2017 for intervention also stands disposed of. No costs.
