This application is filed by the original petitioners praying for condonation of delay of 985 days, caused in filing this application for bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.12 (Shaikh Babu s/o Chandmiya). The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the deceased submits that after the demise of Shaikh Babu Chandmiya, his legal heirs have approached him and he has no objection for condonation of delay in bringing the legal heirs on record. 2.

None present for respondent Nos.3 to 6 and 8 to 9. Other respondents, who are served, have not entered their appearance.

We find that this Court had passed an order on 22/11/2019 in Civil Application NO.3742/2017, by which the three legal heirs of deceased Shaikh Babu Chandmiya have already been brought on record.

In view of the above, this application does not survive and stands disposed off.
