This application is filed for withdrawal of amount of Rs.7,50,000/- deposited by the respondent. The amount is deposited in the contempt petition filed by the applicants. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the record is not available with the respondent. The record is also not available in this Court, as the matter is very old."

Learned advocate for the applicants points out that since this amount deposited in a contempt petition by three applicants, they are entitled to withdraw it.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.7,50,000/- alongwith accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar ( Judicial) of this Court.

Learned advocate for the applicants undertakes to make a statement in the undertaking stating that if the amount withdrawn by the applicants is found excess and the remaining two petitioners in the writ petition are entitled for the same, the applicants shall refund the amount, found excess.
