The petitioner has raised limited grievance in the petition, that though the proposal for approval of the petitioner's appointment has been submitted by respondent no.5, to respondent no.3, on 25th September 2012, no decision is taken by respondent no.3 on the said proposal.

We direct respondent no.3 to take decision on the said proposal on merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from today and communication the decision so taken to respondent no.4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
