Pursuant to the order dated 13/10/2023, respondent No.4 has taken decision and advance increment is sanctioned to the petitioner with effect from 01/10/2008, so also, salary of the petitioner will be revised. Proposal to that effect will be forwarded to the Accountant General, Nagpur.

The Executive Engineer shall forward the proposal to Accountant General, Nagpur within a period of four weeks from today. Accountant General, Nagpur shall take decision on the same within four weeks thereafter. In any case, the arrears be paid to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from today. With these directions, the contempt petition is disposed of. 3.
