The petitioner seeks directions to permit the petitioner to take admission to the M.B.A. course from reserved category pending the decision in the validation proceeding. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, validation proceeding is pending since 2013. Same is not yet decided. The petitioner is desirous of seeking admission to M.B.A. course.

The petitioner has approached the Court at the eleventh hour. Today is last date for submitting validity certificate as per the circular issued by the respondents.

In the light of the above, relief as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. None the less, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01.02.2021. Considering the fact that, the petitioner is a student, the committee shall endeavour to decide the proceedings on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
