The petitioners have been expressing anxiety that even before their application for enrollment with the respondent No. 3-Trust is decided elections are likely to be conducted.

Ms. Kamble learned advocate submits that she is filing application for intervention since even the interveners are seeking enrollment like the petitioners.

Learned advocate Mr. Mustafa submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No. 3 to 7. On instructions he submits that the respondents would consider the applications of not only the petitioners but all the applications which are pending with it for enrollment some of which could be the applicants/interveners herein. He also makes a statement that the decision regarding their enrollment would be taken 1/2

In view of such emphatic statement by Mr. Mustafa appearing for the respondent Nos. 3 to 7, nothing survives for decision of this Court. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
