Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader in respective writ petitions submit that, as per the procedure and the rules, notification has been issued calling for objections. Fifteen days period is prescribed and if no objections are received, then the

2 wp 1133.21 petitioners can be issued with the validity certificates. 3.

In view of that, the respondents may proceed further as per the procedure and in case no objections are received, then the petitioners would be entitled for the validity certificates as it is contended that, father of the petitioner, real brother and real cousin brother of the petitioners are issued with the validity certificates. Naturally, the petitioners will have to prove the relationship with the validity holders.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
