This petition has been moved seeking directions to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground taking into account his qualifications, whose father having died in harness on 11-12-1991.

Learned counsel, however, fairly refers that before this writ petition writ petition bearing No.12028 of 2016 had been moved for similar purpose and the same had been allowed to be withdrawn under order dated 15th December, 2016.

Learned counsel further submits that the order reflects plain withdrawal but as a matter of fact reason underlying withdrawal of petition had been that earlier petition contained lot of mistakes, including those of language, constructional and spelling. Thus, with a view to file rectified petition, the petition had been withdrawn.

Though, learned counsel so submits, order dated 5th December, 2016 does not reflect the same. In the circumstances, it is difficult to accept to allow the prayer made under present petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
