In view of Clause-24 of the Maharashtra Scheduled Commodities (Regulations & Distribution) Order 1975, the petition is not pressed. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.

However, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach before the Competent Authority under the said clause questioning the order impugned in the present petition on the same grounds on which the non selection of the petitioner is questioned. If such prayer is made, the said proceedings be tagged and heard together with pending revision No.24/2022 in which the respondent who is also a party.
