The Counsel for Respondent No. 2 is present. The Applicants and their counsel called earlier, they were not present. The matter was kept back. Even in the second round when counsel for applicants called, the counsel is not present and applicants are also not present. Civil Application 2115 of 2014 for condonation of delay is thus dismissed in default.

Consequently, the Appeal From Order Stamp No. 1835 of 2014 and Civil Application 2116 of 2014 would not survive and disposed of, accordingly.
