Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 submits that, as per the procedure and the rules, notification has been issued calling for objections. Fifteen days period is prescribed and if no objections are received, then the petitioner can be issued with the validity certificate.

In view of that, the respondents may proceed further as per the procedure and in case no objections are received, then the petitioner would be entitled for the validity certificate as it is contended that, cousin brother and sister of the petitioner are issued with the validity certificates and cousin brother of the

2 wp 1138.21 petitioner is issued with the validity certificate under the orders of this Court in Writ Petition No. 505 of 2009 under order dated 08th September, 2009. Naturally, the petitioner will have to prove the relationship with the validity holders. 4.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
