It is reported that before the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, revision is kept on 24.02.2025. Both the parties assure that they will address the learned Sub-Divisional Officer on that day. 02.

This Court finds that this Writ Petition can be conveniently disposed off with following directions.

The writ petition stands disposed off. The learned SubDivisional Officer to make endeavour to complete the hearing of the revision on 24.02.2025 and to deliver judgment by 15.03.2025. Interim relief granted earlier to continue till the Revision is disposed off by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer.
