The applicants are claiming withdrawal of enhanced amount which has been deposited by the Insurance Company alongwith the interest. The appeal is already disposed off and the applicants are also ready to deposit deficit court fees of Rs.5415/-.

In view of the same, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the aforesaid amount alongwith the interest accrued 1/2

47-CA-3610-2023 thereon till date subject to payment of deficit court fees as aforesaid.
