ORDER :

The matter is filed to challenge the order of Registrar Judicial who refused registration on 16.1.2014 as the objections were not removed. The learned counsel takes the blame to himself. In view of the contents of the application, the application is allowed. The order of refusal of registration is set aside. Matter is restored to its original stage. 2.

The learned counsel undertakes to remove the office objections before 14.8.2015. If objections are not removed on or before 14.8.2015, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically again.
