1) The civil application is filed for condonation of delay of more than 1000 days caused in filing revision against the order made by the District Judge -1 Biloli. Heard both the sides.

2) The submissions made show that initially writ petition was filed and the applicant was advised to file

2 CA 3548 of 2015 proceeding like revision and due to that he filed the revision. It appears that the matter of the present applicant which is a land acquisition reference is dismissed for non payment of court fee.

3) In view of the contents of the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Register the matter as civil revision application. Notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned counsel waives for respondent Nos.3 and
