Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Waqf Suit is filed by the present petitioners in the year 2020. The same is pending for issues since many months. The Waqf Tribunal be directed to decide the proceedings expeditiously. 2.

This Court does not have the statistics about the number of matters pending before the Waqf Tribunal. The petitioners may make an application to the Waqf Tribunal for deciding the Waqf Suit expeditiously. The Tribunal shall consider the application of the petitioners and endeavour to deal with the suit expeditiously. 3.

If, in spite of filing an application, the suit is not proceeded further and decided within a reasonable time, then liberty to the petitioners to move this Court afresh.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
