DATED : 29 th January, 2018 PER COURT:
.
We have heard Mr. Shelke, the learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned advocate submits that the Respondent No. 6 is appointed on a reserved post. Even the college had filed a writ petition against the order of the Grievance Committee. The writ petition was admitted subsequently in the year 2013. Stay was also granted in the year 2013. The writ petition filed by the college is withdrawn under political
( 2 ) wp 1034.18 pressure. The petitioner is bringing to the notice of this court illegality committed.
2.
The petitioner has retired from the Respondent No.5/college in the year 2015. By appointment of Respondent No. 6, the petitioner is not affected. Even PIL would not lie in case of service matter. The grievance committee had allowed the Petition of Respondent No. 6. The said order has become final in view of withdrawal of writ petition by the college. The order passed by the Grievance Committee and approved by the Management Council has a statutory force. The said order is in force and has become final.
3.
Considering the aforesaid conspectus, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. [ A. M. DHAVALE, J. ] [ S. V. GANGAPURWALA, J. ] ass/wp 1034.18
