Mr. Gadhe, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the proposal is given in the year 2012-2013 for start of 5th standard by way of natural growth. Same is pending with the respondent No. 2, however, no decision is taken on it as yet. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 on instructions confirms that the proposal is pending with the respondent No. 2.

The respondent No. 2 shall process the said proposal within a period of two months from today and forward it to the respondent No. 1. The respondent No. 1 on receipt of the said proposal shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of the proposal from the respondent No. 2. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
