Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

Mr Deshmukh, learned Counsel for respondents submits that various lands were acquired for Bahula Dam Project. The land in the present appeal is also acquired for the same project vide notification issued in the year 1981. This Court has dismissed the FAs filed by the State against the enhancement granted by the reference Court u/s 18 of the Land Acquisition Act bearing First Appeals No. 587 of 2002 and 30 of 1997. The amount awarded by the reference Court for acquisition of land for Bahula dam vide notification of the year 1981, has been confirmed.

In light of the above and for the reasons given in the judgment dt. 19th June, 2013 in FA No. 30 of 1997 and judgment dt. 12th August, 2013 in FA No. 587 of 2002 with connected appeal, the present appeal also stand dismissed. No costs.
