Mr. Ingale, learned counsel submits that other first appeals arising out of the award passed by the Reference Court in respect of the lands acquired under Notification dated 2/12/1982 from village Makni have been allowed by this Court vide judgment dated 8/1/2000 passed in First Appeal No. 574/92 with other connected appeals.

In the present appeal also, the lands acquired by Notification dated 2/12/1982 are from the same village Makni and they are acquired for the same project.

The learned A.G.P. after confirming the said position,

In light of above, and for the reasons recorded in judgment dated 8/1/2000 by the learned Single Judge of this Court in F. A. No. 574 of 1992, with other connected appeals, the present appeal is also allowed. The market value of the acquired lands is determined at Rs. 17,000/- per acre along with benefit of solatium and statutory interest as laid down under the Land Acquisition Act.

First Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
