The petitioners are seeking decision on their representations dated 29.08.2022 and 10.10.2022 by the Committee constituted by the State Government under Government resolution dated 05.11.2016 for removal of alleged unauthorized religious structures.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents, some of whom are the members of that Committee to take appropriate decision on petitioners' representations mentioned herein above, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within 12 weeks from today.
