This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa seeking recall of order dated 16.01.2019 in Writ Petition No. 669 of 2019.

The submissions of the learned counsel Mr. Khandare for the applicant on the basis of grounds raised in the application more particularly a remedy being available to the petitioner, namely, challenge to the order passed by the State Bar Council of India and having availability of an alternate remedy, the petition ought not to have been entertained by this Court. Though this ground raised in the application in our detail order, we have referred to the breach of principle of natural justice which is part of the relevant provisions of the Act.

This being the position, we are not inclined to allow the application.

The application is rejected. Needless to state that prayer for recall of the order is also rejected. All the respondents are being represented through their respective Council.

Interim order to continue till the next date. 6.
