DATED : 27th APRIL, 2015 P.C. :- Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation informs that the impugned order in respect of black listing of the petitioner firm is withdrawn by the Municipal Corporation by adopting Resolution on 16.4.2015. As such, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. It would be open for the petitioner to persuade the Municipal Corporation for release of balance amount receivable by the petitioner towards the work carried out. Writ petition stands disposed of.
