The petitioner is seeking regularization of the encroachment made by him on government/gairan land bearing Gat No. 289 at village Pal, Taluka Phulambri, Dist. Aurangabad, in the light of the decision in the matter of Jagpal Singh Vs. State of Punjab (2011) SCC 396, the government resolution dated 12 July 2011 and due orders being passed by this Court in Suo-Motu PIL No. 2 of 2022 (Principal Seat). 3.

We dispose of the writ petition, by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner'

s application for regularization in the light of the decision in the matter of Jagpal Singh (supra), Suo-Motu PIL No. 2 of
