Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petition came to be dismissed even before notice could be issued to respondent. Hence, according to the notice, respondent be dispensed with. Since, petition was dismissed before notice to respondents, there is no reason to issue notice of this application to respondents. Notice to respondents stands dispensed with. 3.
