Learned counsel for the applicants in Criminal Application No. 3086/2021 and Criminal Application No. 252/2022 submits that during pendency of the main petition/application, charge-sheet has been submitted. These applications are thus filed for amendment in the main petition/application to seek quashing of the proceedings. 2.

In view of the above, and for the reasons stated in the applications, Criminal Application No. 3086/2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and Criminal Application No. 252 of 2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B", "C" and "D". Both the applications are disposed off accordingly.

A copy of the charge-sheet is already filed in Criminal Application No. 252 of 2022. Therefore, filing of the charge-sheet in Criminal Application No. 3086 of 2021 is dispensed with. 4.
