Despite the order dated 16/02/2018 issuing the notice and making it returnable on 28/03/2018, copies have not been supplied by the applicant for issuance of notice. Hence, this writ petition has been dismissed.

As a last chance and subject to the condition of depositing Rs.200/- with the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad on or before 10/04/2018 and by supplying copies of the petition paper book on or before the same date, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 08/06/2018. The pendency of this writ petition would not amount to granting any relief to the petitioner at this stage. Civil application is therefore allowed and the order dated 04/10/2017 is recalled.
