The Petitioners have moved representations under Section 73AAA of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, which are pending with the Respondent No.3, the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nashik. They pray for an early decision on both the

wp2033.24 -2representations dated 26.07.2023 (in Writ Petition No. 2033 of 2024) and 28.08.2023 (in Writ Petition No.2045 of 2024), by following the due procedure, as laid down in law. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the said representations would be considered and decided within 30 days from today, if not already decided.

In view of the above statements, both the Petitions are disposed off.
