The Applicants pray for an out of turn final hearing in Writ Petition No.7806/2013.

This Court is taking up the matters lodged in 1993 and onwards, on every Thursday for final hearing. As such, this petition lodged in 2013 cannot be taken up for final hearing, out of turn, when the litigants in the matters, which are 25 years old, are waiting in a queue. In view of the above, this Civil Application is rejected. The litigating sides are, however, at liberty to renew their request in July, 2019.
