Since the charge is already framed by the trial Court, though it is permissible while exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to adjudicate this application, normally it is not desirable to entertain the application when the charge is framed and the matter is fixed for recording the evidence. In that view of the matter, the application stands disposed of.
