Per Court :- This is an application for early hearing and fix the Writ Petition for final hearing. This Civil Application is filed by the Respondent in Writ Petition No.1735 Of 2003. He is the employee of the Petitioner. The order of reinstatement is stayed by this Court and the Applicant / Respondent is out of employment since the year 1989. Looking to the fact that employee is out of employment since the year 1989 and the order of reinstatement by the Industrial Tribunal is already in his favour, the applicant has made out case for early hearing.
